Administrative Coordinator

My client is an investment firm covering 7 sectors They have an AWESOME, friendly, hardworking team.
The role will focus on supporting a team or 9-10 working closely with Corporate Access, Investor Relations, and Broker Sales Teams. A very multi-faceted role and exposure to top leadership

Scope of Position: Provide administrative and organizational support for Portfolio Managers and teams.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
- Develop relationships with broker sales teams and Investor Relations
- Calendar planning
- Log corporate access and broker interactions in database
- Book travel arrangements
- Process expense reports
- Participate in weekly team meetings
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3-5 years administrative assistant experience, within financial services
$100-115K base salary | $130-150K total comp
