Summary
Seeking an experienced, thoughtful, and entrepreneurial individual to help significantly grow our first-party video streaming subscription services. This position involves establishing the TV+ & Sports partnership business roadmap and executing this plan, regularly interfacing with senior executives and collaborating closely with teams and third-party partners to implement programs that achieve business objectives.

- Pay Range: $70-$80/hour DOE
- Location: Hybrid to Culver City, CA (Tue - Thur on-site)
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the TV+ & Sports partnership business roadmap.
- Interface with senior executives and collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party partners.
- Implement programs to achieve business objectives.
- Scale the partnership growth plan and represent the video business in technical integration development for strategic partnerships.
- Plan and oversee the defined strategy with internal teams, providing regular updates on progress and future proposals to senior leaders.
- Collaborate with teams across business development, product, marketing, engineering, and more to ensure technical and business objectives are met.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in media and/or digital video streaming.
- Proven record of successfully executing complex business and technical projects with both third parties and cross-functionally within a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills, confident in leveraging metrics from multiple dashboards and analyzing growth funnel metrics.
- Deep understanding of the connected home devices and MVPD landscape.
- Direct experience in growing video streaming business and large-scale partnership integration projects.
- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude, comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering results with minimal guidance.
- Strong program management capability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to develop strong working partnerships internally and externally.
- Comfort working closely with product and engineering, operations, and business development teams to solve complicated challenges.
- Energetic and collaborative team player who never loses focus on the customer experience.
- High standards and a strive for the best customer experience, but willing to be flexible and make compromises when necessary.
- Passion for entertainment, media, sports, and consumer technology.
Education & Experience
- BS/BA degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience with a streaming business, TV OEM, MVPD, preferred.
