We are searching for a dedicated and meticulous Consulting Data Entry Specialist to join our wonderful clients team. As a Consulting Data Entry Specialist, you will play a key role in a few different departments, assisting where needed and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Input, update, and manage financial data in various software platforms accurately and efficiently.
2. Review and validate data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results.
3. Maintain and manage company databases, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
4. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement data analysis tools and strategies.
5. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and quality.
6. Provide technical assistance in the design and development of database systems.
7. Assist in the development of reports for management or clients.
8. Train and guide staff on data entry operations and procedures.
9. Liaise with IT department to resolve any technical issues.
10. Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma.
2. Proven experience of 2+ years as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role in the finance industry.
3. Proficiency in various software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and financial software applications.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data confidentiality principles.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
