Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales person to join our team, specializing in contingent workforce and project services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staffing, workforce solutions, or project-based service delivery. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing customized workforce solutions to meet their needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the contingent workforce and project services space.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings, and present staffing and project service solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their workforce and project needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contracts.

Consultative Selling:

  • Understand client pain points and deliver tailored contingent workforce and project-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and staffing solutions based on client requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on workforce strategies, compliance, and industry trends.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share within the contingent workforce and project services sectors.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with recruitment, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, tracking progress towards sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within staffing, contingent workforce, or project services.
  • Strong understanding of contingent labor models, including temporary staffing, contract-to-hire, and freelance/contractor management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple client accounts.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in solution selling or consultative sales.
  • Knowledge of workforce compliance, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Familiarity with various industries such as IT, Life Sciences, Finance, Engineering or Manufacturing.
