Overview:

Preowned Auto Logistics is growing and seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is to ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction by engaging with customers and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively.
  • Keeping customers informed about the status of their inquiries.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Learning and understanding customer’s needs to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Using CRM software to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience customer-related calls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
