We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Complete Staffing Solutions in Peabody, MA.
CompensationThe estimated hourly rate for this position is $30. Benefits include health insurance after 60 days of employment, provided you work an average of 30 hours per week.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves providing technical support for database-driven applications and assisting with problem-solving related to these systems. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network devices such as switches, wireless access points, firewalls, LAN, VPN, etc.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, applicants must have at least three years of experience providing IT support in a professional capacity. SQL experience is mandatory, and hands-on experience with various hardware and software systems is essential.
