Job Responsibilities
  • Skill Development: Assist individuals in developing skills for daily living, including personal care, household management, and financial literacy.
  • Community Engagement: Support individuals in accessing community resources, recreational activities, and educational opportunities.
  • Medical and Clinical Needs: Provide assistance with medical, clinical, and financial needs, ensuring individuals receive appropriate care and support.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree or DSP certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent health benefits, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
