Robert Half is working with a respected manufacturing client on the North Shore looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join its team. The desired candidate will support the Procurement/Inventory Department, while also working with clients in vendor relations. This job opportunity is direct-hire.


Our client is looking for a Customer Service candidate who can be adept with electronic inventory, purchasing, and logistics. Strong software skills are desired and good business sense. A degree is preferred but not required.


Our client is offering a starting base salary of $60,000 + bonus. Very strong benefits are offered too.

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role or similar

• Proficiency in handling logistics and asset inventory

• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle client queries effectively

• Familiarity with digital service platforms and online tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and contribute to collaborative environments

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
