Requirements:
- 5+ years of Business Development experience
- Multi-regional and national sales experience required
- 5+ years of Sales experience, focusing on both regional and national markets
- 5+ years of Client Relations experience, managing relationships at both regional and national levels
- 5+ years of Strategic Partnerships experience, including collaboration with partners on both regional and national scales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county, and municipal requirements
Essential Functions:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats within the region.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement effective business strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
