Executive Assistant

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Pay: $100-110k / year

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for complex and detailed calendar management

· Coordinate all travel including flights, hotel, and ground transportation

· Preparation of monthly expense reports

· Lead formatting of PowerPoint presentations and externally-facing documents for team

· Prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

· Assist with client inquiries and requests, as it relates to fund administration

Requirements

· Strong organizational skills

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

· Experience supporting an investor relations or fund administration leader

· 5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant
