Administrative Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline department processes.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across all functions, including claims, deductions, documentation, shipping, and data management.
- Coordinate and manage activities for the entire team, ensuring smooth workflows.
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally with various departments, including Legal, to align on key objectives.
- Influence without direct authority, fostering cooperation and driving results within cross-departmental projects.
- Attend bi-weekly and quarterly meetings outside of regular work hours (6-8am/pm) as required.
- Lead and support automation processes, facilitating the transition from paper-based to digital systems.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement new systems for enhanced efficiency.
- Comfortable utilizing BI reporting tools and exploring innovative methods for data management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and systems implementation.
- Familiarity with BI reporting tools and experience managing data in a digital environment.
- Flexibility to attend meetings outside of standard work hours.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence teams without direct authority.
