We are seeking a dedicated Senior Living Support Specialist to join our team at Solstice Senior Living, LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support services to our residents and guests.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, arranging tours of our properties, and providing administrative support to our team.

Your background should include:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related position, preferably in long-term care, is desired.

You must have:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities

As a Senior Living Support Specialist, your duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and providing directions as needed.
  • Arranging tours of our properties for potential residents and their families.
  • Answering multi-line telephones and responding to resident inquiries.
  • Providing administrative support to our team, including clerical tasks and data entry.
