Summary

/Objective

The Administrative Assistant assists the Branch Manager with carrying out duties for the day-to-day operations of office to aid in its continued growth and development.

Essential Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to carry out essential functions. Assists in managing regional invoice payments. Handles scheduling, reservations, and calendars for Regional Management. Assists the Branch Relationship Manager in the management of regional contracts and agreements. Assists in the onboarding process. Gathers data critical to Regional Management’s ongoing analytics of regional performance and goals. Assists in managing the inventory of regional assets. Assists the Branch Relationship Manager with inputting data upon request. Competencies Competencies include but are not limited to the following: Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette, conveying information and ideas politely in language the caller best understands. Builds and maintains relationships with internal and external customers, and determines means to increase customer satisfaction. Prioritizes tasks in order of importance, and demonstrates the ability to adjust priorities as situations change. Achieves results with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work. Communicates ideas in writing and orally in a clear, concise, and logical manner. Demonstrates the ability to effectively use software programs, such as the Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience

Requires a high school diploma or and administrative experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

Preferable to have a high school diploma and administrative experience in the mortgage or real estate industries.
