As we continue to evolve and inspire outdoor spaces worldwide, our passion for quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction remains at the forefront of our journey.Job Overview:The Seasonal Sales Assistant provides sales team support and carries out responsibilities on a professional level in the following functional areas: customer service, training new sales employees, media administration, and maintaining prospect mailing strategies. This role is a resource to all sales leadership and may occasionally be assigned administrative duties from the leadership team. This position is 20-30 hours a week from April - August 2024. Key Responsibilities:Assist sales leadership with tasks, organization, processes, and procedures to support the teamPerforms daily routine tasks required to administer and execute sales programs Answers telephone questions/concerns from clients/customersConducts self-audits on a regular basis to ensure efficiencyKeys prospective clients and leads into the CRM systemProcesses sales orders through the CRM systemPlans and assists in conducting new sales employee training to foster positive culture toward department and company goals Assists with the maintenance of assigned sales representative's administrative tasks, such as, but not limited to: order processing, delivering messages to clients, calendar organization, booking appointments, and scheduling travelAssists in maintaining accurate and complete client filesHandles customer-related inquiries from clients or sales reps via phone, email, etc.Serves as a resource for new sales representative questionsPerform other work-related tasks as assigned.Provides a summary of daily output RequirementsCurrent student in college or university, or equivalent degree preferred 1-2 years' Sales and/or Admin experience is a plusAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationWillingness to learn and apply sales best practicesAbility to objectively communicate with employees and management during complex or difficult situationsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writingExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully interact with all levelsAbility to work in a team environment, but not always in a team settingAble to take initiative and possess a strong sense of ownership for scope of workProblem solving and analytical skills to research questions and issues and be able to determine which issues should be escalated to direct supervisorAbility to work under pressure and successfully multitask by recognizing priorities Fast-paced, high-intensity work environmentProficiency with or the ability to quickly learn CRM systems.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned At Ledge, we value diversity and inclusion and are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
