Graphics Supervisor Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Communications, Graphic Design).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of Graphic Design standards and software, especially Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter and diligent Project Manager.

Graphics Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Manage the Graphics Production Schedule to maintain optimum delivery of completed Graphics Packages.
  • Establish clear production deadlines and communicate expectations effectively to team members.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and progress updates to monitor workload distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels to anticipate material shortages and implement strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide support, guidance, and resources to help team members overcome obstacles.
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Track performance metrics and address any issues promptly.
  • Hold daily update meetings to review completed jobs and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Utilize weekly meetings to strategize upcoming production needs and plan resource allocation.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing Department to address material procurement obstacles.
  • Lead Corrective Action meetings to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
