Qualifications for the Graphics Supervisor Position

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Communications, Graphic Design).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Graphic Design standards and software, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Graphics Supervisor

  • Oversee the Graphics Production Schedule to ensure timely delivery of completed Graphics Packages.
  • Set clear production timelines and effectively communicate expectations to team members.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and progress assessments to manage workload distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels to foresee material shortages and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions.
  • Provide support, guidance, and resources to assist team members in overcoming challenges.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Track performance metrics and promptly address any issues.
  • Facilitate daily update meetings to review completed projects and ensure alignment with timelines.
  • Utilize weekly meetings to strategize upcoming production needs and plan resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Purchasing Department to resolve material procurement challenges.
  • Lead Corrective Action meetings to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
