Prior experience as an F&B Guest Attendant (Bartender) with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar ‘Lifestyle’ boutique hotel, destination cocktail bar, or similar busy city bar Can provide classic cocktail service without the use of referencematerials, including knowing measurements and preparations of both in-housecocktails and common cocktails from memory In addition to those with experience we are actively seeking candidates with a diverse range of lifestyle skills and welcome applications from those in the arts, music, and entertainment industries To be a confident F&B Guest Attendant (Bartender) you will need a basic understanding of spirits and wine as well as an appreciation for food Prior experience using a POS is advantageous, however, full training will be given To be highly social, motivated, and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions A flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights TIPS certifiedWe are defined byour richness of personality and diversity of background and lifestyle so if youthink you have what it takes to be a F&B Guest Attendant(Bartender), we would love to hear from you
