As a vital member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest accommodations and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Suite Attendants: Thoroughly clean guest suites in a timely manner to uphold the hotel's quality standards.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Strive to ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
  • Maintenance of Supplies: Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and free of debris.
  • Housemen: Ensure that all housekeeping storage areas are stocked and maintained in a clean condition.
  • Trash Removal: Efficiently remove waste from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Public Area Attendant: Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces, including restrooms and back-of-house areas.
  • Shifts: Available for both day and night shifts, as well as overnight shifts.
  • Laundry Attendant: Ensure that all linens are cleaned, folded, and stored properly.
  • Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and departmental policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • General knowledge of housekeeping practices.
  • Strong work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
