Symetri USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive – Manufacturing to join our NA Manufacturing group in Philadelphia, PA territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting new Premium accounts by leveraging the full scope of Symetri USA products and services across all relevant customer stakeholders. This role will require expert new account conversion skills, an inherent high sense of urgency to close, and a deep interest in, and understanding of, manufacturing businesses across the full product lifecycle.

This remote position requires travel to client sites. Candidates must reside in or near Philadelphia, PA, and ideally, have an established book of business in the area.

Responsibilities:

Identify, penetrate, and convert target manufacturing accounts in industry segments in alignment with Manufacturing Group priorities and strategy. Create and Close opportunities that involve the optimal mix of Symetri products and services across entire target accounts (all relevant departments and divisions). Create and develop meaningful relationships with key influences across each account, within all relevant departments/roles including IT/Data Management, Design Engineering, Production, Facilities Management, and Sustainability. Understand and effectively articulate/communicate the value proposition of Symetri offerings across our full scope of products and services. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, consultant services, and customer success to ensure that proposals and deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and position Symetri as a world-class partner. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis. Utilize as a daily planning and business reporting tool by maintaining accurate and up-to-date account, contact, activity, and opportunity information. Participate in industry organizations, events, and conferences as appropriate to promote Symetri USA solutions and build relationships with potential customers. Stay up to date with industry news, trends, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for Symetri USA business development.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering or related field. 10 or more years of experience in sales/business development with a focus on Manufacturing. Proven track record of achieving new major logos and creating/closing large complex opportunities thoughtfully, creatively, and with a high sense of urgency. Strong understanding of manufacturing businesses and their core internal processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus. Able and open to travel up to 30%.

Salary range: $80-100K base; $150K OTE.
