Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ingredient Specialist to join our team. As an Ingredient Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by managing and maintaining inventory, conducting inspections, and collaborating with suppliers. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Redmond, WA
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
- Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday


Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory of ingredients, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming ingredients to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any issues related to ingredient quality, availability, or pricing.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in ingredient management, quality control, or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
