Position Overview:

This is a full-time, in-person, union role that comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

The individual selected for this position will primarily operate our custom T-shirt printing machinery, fulfilling both large and small orders for personalized apparel.

Additionally, you may engage in various other production lines, contributing to the creation of different products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up and delivering quality work.
  • Maintain an active presence throughout an 8-hour shift, five days a week.
  • Lift up to 55 pounds, retrieve materials from heights, and maintain focus during production runs.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure every T-shirt meets our high standards.
  • Follow directions, listen attentively, and participate in both individual and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Adapt and learn as our company evolves, embracing new equipment and processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, occasionally stepping outside your usual responsibilities.
  • Be available for overtime as needed.
  • Mechanical aptitude is a plus, with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience in crafting or making items as a hobby is beneficial.
  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
