Manufacturing Production Specialist

This role is a full-time, in-person position within a unionized environment that offers a comprehensive benefits package. The individual selected for this role will primarily be responsible for operating our T-shirt printing machinery to meet both large and small-scale orders for personalized apparel. Additionally, there may be opportunities to assist on various other production lines creating different products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently attending work and fulfilling responsibilities.
- Maintain an active presence throughout an 8-hour shift, five days a week.
- Lift up to 55 pounds, utilize ladders for stock retrieval, and maintain focus during production runs.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality output for every T-shirt produced.
- Follow directions and engage in both individual and collaborative problem-solving efforts.
- Adapt to new processes and equipment as the company evolves.
- Work effectively as part of a team, occasionally taking on tasks outside of your usual duties.
- Be available for overtime as required.
- Possess mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience in crafting or making items as a hobby is beneficial.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
