Job Description

Compensation : $

The Administrative Specialist will provide supportive services to a department head/lead by performing high level clerical tasks critical to the operations of the department.

This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.

Responsibilities Include:

Act as the department’s point of contact by responding to email/phone calls or directing to the appropriate person on the team.
Accepts assignments from a variety of people in the department.
Possesses expertise in the software used by the department.
Enhances presentations in power point or other sources.
Maintains department software/spreadsheets to promote efficiency.
Maintain e-filing and paper systems.
Analyze internal processes and recommends procedural additions/changes.
Accept receipt and distribution of deliveries/possess valid drivers license.
Other duties as assigned such as: Organize and implement many community events/meetings that impact multiple departments.
