Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting all visitors, signing them in, and completing necessary documentation.
  • Assess visitor needs and direct them to the appropriate employee or department.
  • Manage the phone system by screening and routing calls as necessary.
  • Regularly check voicemail messages and respond promptly.
  • Support the Customer Service team by handling order entry, tracking customer orders, and ensuring timely delivery of mail and packages.
  • Perform additional day-to-day tasks as required to meet business needs.
