In this role, you will prioritize the safety and well-being of clients, embodying the principles of the Compass Champion Behavior. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate group educational sessions to support clients in their recovery journey.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license, as transportation of clients may be required based on clinical needs.
  • Maintain and update medication logs, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Supervise clients during self-administration of medications.
  • Ensure that new clients are effectively oriented to our processes and procedures for optimal care.
  • Participate in mandatory training sessions and team meetings, including conducting disaster drills during each shift and adhering to Unit Manual Policies.
  • Administer and manage Urine Drug Screenings as necessary.
  • Respond appropriately to crisis situations as they arise.

Comprehensive on-site training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
