Sales Performance and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven leader to join our team. This sales leadership role is essential in driving our sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring the growth of our service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of training techniques, and exceptional leadership skills.

Compensation: Top pay for top performers This position will have a SIX-FIGURE annual salary that will be comprised of a performance-based pay structure. This position has UNCAPPED COMPENSATION OPPORTUNITIES
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and light commercial plumbing sectors
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to achieve individual/department sales goals
- Collaborate with the service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the service industry
- Training and developing experience in the service industry
- Advanced communication and soft skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
