Job Summary:

Pecnw is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Chicago, IL. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and achieving sales objectives through various responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Business Development: Build and expand a customer network to boost sales potential and meet goals.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales process from start to finish efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM to track activity and progress business through the pipeline.

Job Duties:

  • Generate New Business: Consistently generate new business and leads through various sources.
  • Provide Solutions: Collaborate with customers to develop solutions and ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Identify New Leads: Identify new sales leads through various sources.
  • Analyze Sales Data: Analyze sales data to improve outreach efforts.
  • Customer Communication: Handle phone calls and emails from clients professionally.
  • Incentive Programs: Communicate incentive programs to customers when needed.
  • Transaction Reports: Prepare transaction reports and maintain expense accounts.
  • Database Management: Input new customer data and sales information into the database.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Adherence to Managerial Direction: Adhere to managerial direction.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Essential Job Duties: Must be able to perform essential job duties and comply with safety regulations.
  • Education: Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, database management, and other software.

Reasoning Ability:

Able to solve practical problems and adapt to unique situations.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Requires sitting, walking, and using hands frequently.
