Manage HR / Staffing operations independently, ensuring compliance with policies and processes, payroll processing, data entry, labor management, administrative duties, new hire onboarding, orientation, employment verfications, education and training.
Human Resources / Staffing Qualifications: Associate or higher degree in business administration or a related field, or a high school diploma with an additional 2 years of experience. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of prior HR experience, with a preference for experience in a skilled nursing setting.
