Requirements

  • Strong track record in Business development andbusiness networking with financial institutions which should beclearly demonstrated
  • Experience establishingbanking relationships for a digital asset / cryptocompany
  • Excellent organisational skills withthe ability to prioritise immediate shortterm goals andsimultaneously focus on strategic longtermgoals
  • At least 10 years working experience inBanking or related industries
  • Analyticalcritical and creative problem solving skills with an indepthunderstanding of utilising electronic delivery channels to meetbusiness goals
  • Effective and persuasivecommunication including:
  • Attention to detailability to articulate without ambiguity
  • Proveninterpersonal skills to actively engage with crosscultural teams
  • Business acumen; Demonstrated thoroughunderstanding of a wide range of elements of partnerships withbanks and other financial institutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand longterm strategicpartnerships with banks across the globe (Africa Europe Middle EastAsia & North America)
  • Establishconnections with financial institutions in financial hubs such asBermuda the Cayman Islands Dubai Mauritius Luxembourg Gibraltaretc.
  • Arrangement of client meetings editing andreview of pitch materials and timely exchange of NDAs andcontracts
  • Compile documentation from partnersin accordance with the stated due diligencerequirements
  • Keep track of all partnercommunications and followup.
  • Help identify andfix inefficiencies in current workflows and processes; Assist informulating and developing protocols to optimise and minimiserisks
  • Understanding and communicating the risksand regulatory issues associated with financial institutions infinancial hubs like Bermuda the Cayman Islands Dubai MauritiusLuxembourg Gibraltaretc.
