About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Ag Relationship Manager to join our Community Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering consultative advice and value to farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness customers in the North Platte region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help Agribusiness customers and commercial customers be successful by understanding their needs and matching them with FNBO solutions.
  • Be timely, responsive, professional, and proactive in serving the needs of the customer.
  • Utilize FNBO's customer relationship management (CRM) system to best serve the customer.
  • Collaborate regularly with business partners to best serve and add value to the customer.
  • Proactively and timely manage a portfolio of 25-50 commercial lending relationships.
  • Help educate business owners on various resources and technology that can help a business save valuable time and/or money.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of successful commercial Ag lending relationship management experience.
  • Ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio that includes farmers, ranchers, agribusiness companies, and commercial businesses.
  • Customer-focused thinker
  • Strong customer and people relationship skills
  • Proficient credit analysis knowledge and skills
  • Proven experience prioritizing and handling multiple customer relationships at the same time.
