Job Summary

As a Bank Teller at Pinnacle Bank / Bank of Colorado, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and developing long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring the security of our customers' assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets customers and handles paper and cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cashing checks, and accepting loan payments.
  • Assists customers in accessing safe deposit boxes when necessary.
  • Processes mail and night drop transactions.
  • Maintains accurate records, including signature cards, night deposit logs, and mail logs.
  • Balances the teller drawer at the end of each shift and performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work flexible hours, including weekends (if the branch is open on weekends).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures, as well as general banking principles.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of basic computer software and hardware, including printers and copiers.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move heavy boxes or bags or currency and coin weighing up to 45 pounds.
