Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on our range of commercial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships.
  • Provide expert advice on our range of commercial products and services, including credit facilities, cash management, and treasury services.
  • Work closely with our product partners to cross-sell and upsell our products and services to commercial customers.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our credit team to review and analyze portfolio performance, identifying opportunities to reduce risk and enhance profitability.
  • Facilitate the resolution of customer problems, engaging product experts as needed.
  • Participate in community and business functions to establish referral contacts and promote the bank's brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial banking experience, with a strong understanding of commercial products and services.
  • Intermediate knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and terminology.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize calling activities and strategies.
  • Goal-oriented with well-developed sales skills.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to structure complex credit requests.
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
