Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to grow and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with assigned customers and targeted prospects
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on commercial banking products and services
  • Collaborate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services
  • Manage and analyze customer portfolios to reduce risk and enhance profitability
  • Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring, negotiating, and pricing
  • Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of commercial banking experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, credit policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
