Req #4784

THIS POSITION IS NOT A REMOTE OR VIRTUAL POSITION, BUT IS LOCATED IN-HOUSE AT ANY OF OUR BANKING STATES BELOW.

It starts with our culture ...

Common sense has never been common.

If it were, the world would be a different place. Things would run smoothly and on time. People would do what they say and say what they do. Everything would be fair, without all the small talk. And banks would only sell you what you need. When a banker looked at a client, they wouldn't just see a number, they'd see a dad or a mom or a graduate or a business owner. Our Bankers understand the complexities of people's lives and offer simple solutions.

That's the basics of Relationships. Fairness. Simplicity. When you choose our Company, you have an opportunity to make an impact beyond the walls of our buildings.

Through our banking relationships, investing, grants, and volunteerism, NBH Bank promotes the growth, revitalization, and sustainability of the communities we serve. We believe that these are important elements in building and sustaining a successful organization and a positive, results-driven culture. We strive for all of our associates to feel welcome and empowered at work.

As the Director of Business Banking and Bank President of Telluride and Aspen, you will:

  • Coordinate with Training Executive to develop appropriate curriculum for Business Banking Officers and Business Banking Center Managers to ensure that they have the necessary job knowledge and skills to meet client needs.

As a Director of Business Banking, you will be responsible for the Company's business banking results regardless of the delivery channel, partner with Commercial, Personal, Private and Premier, SBA, Treasury Management and Residential Banking leaders to ensure growth in those segments as well. You will create, train, and coach a successful sales team through the development of associates with the primary goal to achieve quarterly and annual growth expectations, while serving the clients' total financial needs resulting in greater wallet share, and ultimately, greater market share and profitability. Additionally, you work with the Marketing Department to develop branding, client acquisition, and retention strategies to support Business Banking growth, and manage relationships with various business partner entities to ensure client relationship development along with managing service quality to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

As the Director of Business Banking, you will actively participate and represent NBH Bank and corresponding Bank brands in various community, civic, and professional organizations. Identify and successfully recruit top talent while simultaneously driving increased performance of the existing team through relationship sales training, coaching, and leading by example.
