- Inbound / outbound call handling
- Greeting clients walking in off street
- Data entry
- Reference checks
- Drug and background checks
- Client follow up
- Updating / posting of job ads
Qualifications:
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or other related fields a plus
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish helpful.
Prior experience working with numbers; time reporting and payroll experience strongly desired.
- In depth working knowledge of databases
Comfort with MS Office and Outlook email.
