We are seeking an Admin Assistant / Staffing Consultant to join our team You will perform activities in support of short and long term staffing efforts in addition to general operational support.

Admin Responsibilities:
  • Inbound / outbound call handling
  • Greeting clients walking in off street
  • Data entry
  • Reference checks
  • Drug and background checks
  • Client follow up
  • Updating / posting of job ads

Qualifications:
Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or other related fields a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees

Strong organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish helpful.

Prior experience working with numbers; time reporting and payroll experience strongly desired.
  • In depth working knowledge of databases

Comfort with MS Office and Outlook email.
