Role Overview

The Centralized Enforcement Unit assists with increasing collections either directly or via supporting county functions by working reports for undistributed collections and initiating income withholding orders for numerous enforcement processes.  The department primarily handles a variety of administrative enforcement processes and answering questions from incoming calls and emails received from participants of the IVD program, attorneys, and a variety of external stakeholders to provide courteous and timely customer service.  

 

Salary Statement

The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.

 

A Day in the Life:

The essential functions of this role are as follows:

  • Compile information relative to the assigned program area.
  • Coordinate correspondence for information requests.
  • Organize and maintain current and historical files related to the program.
  • Organize program reports, applications, and maintain consultative services.
  • Maintain and organize program assets.
  • Prepare all program related training materials.

What You'll Need for Success:

You must meet the following requirements to be considered for employment:

  • General knowledge of the program area.
  • Basic knowledge of the rules and regulations pertaining to the assigned program area and its affects upon other agency operations.
  • Ability to gather and compile program materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a group decision-making process.
  • Tact in dealing with other agency personnel and the public.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
