Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:


- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Oversee training and development programs for new and existing staff members
- Coordinate medical office management activities, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks, such as tracking expenses, processing invoices, and managing office supplies
- Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Communicate effectively with staff members at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:


- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience with financial management
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
