Strong sales and marketing acumen to drive revenue and profitability within the category working closely with the brand teams to develop marketing plans, campaigns, and execution strategies to drive category growth. Negotiate, monitor performance, and manage relationships to maximize category performance and manage the product portfolio within the category, including product selection, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with the internal team to identify new opportunities and execution tactics in innovation launch. Conduct in-depth market research, including competitor analysis, customer preferences, and industry trends, to identify opportunities and challenges within the category. Using data analytics and tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously improving category's performance. Create and manage the category budget, forecast sales, and analyze profitability, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, including product managers, marketing professionals, and sales representatives. Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to achieve category goals.
