Title: Warriors HQ & Operations Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will work alongside the Utah Warriors leadership to support the Utah Warriors’ daily community initiatives and operational needs including facilities and company operations. The broader scope of work for this role will include clerical, administrative, and other special project tasks as required at the direction of the commercial leadership team and in coordination with the High-Performance leadership team. The position will be required to remain flexible in daily tasks given the dynamic nature of the organization and the off-hour operational nature of Warriors facilities and community team initiatives. 

• Ownership of Warriors HQ calendar and management of other facility operational needs including scheduling, invoicing, set up, coordination, etc. 
• Own the sales pipeline and monetization of the Warriors HQ, other facilities, and vehicles during the off-season. 
• Manage the coordination, and communication with external vendors and parties along with internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Community-related events inside of or connected with Warriors HQ–i.e., referee, coach, or player clinics, etc.
• Manage all office supplies and other related facility needs 
• Coordinate with the finance manager regarding all Warriors HQ financial budgetary concerns
• Oversee the Utah Warriors’ other operations and Warriors HQ-related lines of effort including storage needs, fleet management, postal needs, security, keys, and other items as deemed necessary by management
• Coordinate with the HP group on all team needs and scheduling inside of Warriors HQ
• Manage all Warriors HQ workspace logistics for staff members where possible including the front office and HP staff related to internet access, email access, office branding planning, office furniture, and other related equipment as approved by Executive leadership

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaboration with the Utah Warriors executive leadership team to develop the necessary systems, processes, and procedures to support the growth and successful operation of the organization
• Collaboration with all Utah Warriors line of effort leaders, on the team and front office sides of the organization, to support their needs and related staff members
• Support other operational needs as per the Utah Warriors’ executive leadership’s direction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with various office management software programs including Quickbooks, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc–Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, et al. 
• Strong ability to be resourceful in a chaotic and ever-changing work environment
• Positive work history with peers, managers, players, media, and fans
• Ability to plan and anticipate the needs of executive leadership
• Entrepreneurial mindset in building and developing innovation within the Utah Warriors organization
