Senior Contracts Manager

Pluralsight is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our legal department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial and data privacy agreements with our customers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret sophisticated provisions in sales, professional services, and data privacy agreements to ensure alignment with Pluralsight's policies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review, providing guidance on commonly requested edits, non-standard terms, policies, and questions.
  • Review and revise standard and non-standard agreements to adhere to Pluralsight's standard policies and procedures.
  • Manage workflow for contract review process, from receipt of requests for contract creation through routing for signatures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Master's Degree or Juris Doctor helpful but not required.
  • Ability to manage and deliver on a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues.
  • Experience in oral negotiations with minimal direction, project management, risk awareness, and clear understanding of issue escalation.
  • Experience with GDPR and other data privacy rules and contracts.
