Compensation:

$140,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Present sales reports and progress updates to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and sales management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • US work authorization
