About the Job:The Licensed Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising the mental health services Project IMPACT provides to families and children. The Licensed Therapist will approve notes according to Project IMPACT and outside regulatory body standards; respond to clinical issues from Associate Therapists and their clients, and caregivers; identify training needs; plan and implement. The Licensed Clinical Supervisor may provide individual and group counseling services to assigned clients as needed, etc.

Specific Job Duties:
  • Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
  • Manage an intern staff.
  • Approve intern notes.
  • Plan and coordinate health services
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues within the mental health program.
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

​Qualifications:
  • Must have a Master's degree in Social Services and a valid license to practice therapy along with 2 years of supervision experience.
  • Must have the ability to supervise and provide supervision hours to interns.
  • Previous experience in non-profit mental health programs and writing DMH notes into an electronic system.
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
