We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of HR & Employee Support Center Supervisor within our HR & Employee Support group based in Houston, TX. This role reports to the HR & Employee Support Team Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise the HR & Employee Support Center Operations Team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled or escalated accurately and in a timely manner.
·Resolve escalated HR issues, working closely with the HR & Employee Support Team Manager.
·Ensure compliance with all documented HR policies and procedures within the HR Service Delivery Catalog for the Support Center.
·Monitor the operations of the HR technology systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee data.
·Maintain policies and procedures for team and assist in implementing controls related to HR transactions and inquiries.
·Supervise Support team to ensure adherence to HR procedures and controls.
·Facilitate and support employees and managers in understanding HR procedures related to the Support Center.
·Assist in facilitating trainings for HR as needed
·Monitor team’s workflow and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
·Develop training on new or enhanced operation procedures related to HR transactions and inquiries.
·Establish and maintain effective relationships with other human resources groups within Oxy.
·Oversee the team’s workflow, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
