We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to fill the position of Human Resources Operations Manager for Employee Support within our HR department. This role is based in Houston, Texas, and reports to the HR Team Manager. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supervising the HR operations team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled accurately and in a timely manner.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Supervise the HR operations team, ensuring all HR transactions and inquiries are handled or escalated accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Resolve escalated HR issues, working closely with the HR Team Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with all documented HR policies and procedures within the HR Service Delivery Catalog.
  • Monitor the operations of HR technology systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee data.
  • Maintain policies and procedures for the team and assist in implementing controls related to HR transactions and inquiries.
  • Supervise the team to ensure adherence to HR procedures and controls.
  • Facilitate and support employees and managers in understanding HR procedures related to the Support Center.
  • Assist in facilitating trainings for HR as needed.
  • Monitor the team's workflow and conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Develop training on new or enhanced operation procedures related to HR transactions and inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with other human resources groups within Oxy.
  • Oversee the team's workflow, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
