This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will create a personalized moment for our guests.

If you are willing to take on this responsibility, then check out what you will be doing. While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: 

Planning, preparing, and cooking food Items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for guests. Interacting with guest(s) 95+% of the time, taking and delivering orders, as well as handling bartender duties. Maintaining company cooking standards and assume responsibility for assigned station(s) individually or in support of others.

Ability to perform basic cooking functions including carving, slicing, mixing, heating, and preparing pre-processed items including baked goods. Minimum of one to two years culinary experience preferred. Ability to operating POS/cash register. Ability to obtain all necessary work cards
