Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to both guests and team members.
  • Create and refine standard recipes and methods for the preparation of raw ingredients.
  • Operate and manage kitchen equipment, including kettles, cookers, and boilers, to prepare ingredients for subsequent culinary processes.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while ensuring a pristine work environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with kitchen management and staff.
  • Efficiently organize and schedule kitchen staff to meet operational needs.
  • Be mindful of waste management and minimizing equipment damage.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a line cook role is required.
  • Experience with stir-frying techniques is preferred.
  • Completion of a formal culinary training program and apprenticeship in a raw food kitchen is essential.
  • Current SNHD Manager Card is mandatory.
  • Up-to-date TAM card is required.
  • Ability to work in a high-temperature kitchen environment and handle cleaning agents safely.
  • Proficient in using tools and equipment necessary for raw food preparation and menu development.
