Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the repair or replacement of any broken equipment or furnishings.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Sous Chefs to implement menu updates and operational changes.
- Address all dietary restrictions and allergy concerns with care.
- Ensure that all dishes meet the highest quality standards and are delivered promptly.
- Design and plan the menu, focusing on the presentation of each dish.
- Coordinate kitchen staff and provide assistance as needed.
- Ensure that back-of-house staff accurately follow orders from the POS system and directives from the expeditor.
- Supervise all aspects of service, including catering, take-out, delivery, and events.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food menus and the overall venue.
- Understanding of expediting standards.
- Practical knowledge of the responsibilities of all supervised staff.
- Must possess a valid Manager's Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
- Ability to assist with cleaning tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
