Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the repair or replacement of any broken equipment or furnishings.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Sous Chefs to implement menu updates and operational changes.
  • Address all dietary restrictions and allergy concerns with care.
  • Ensure that all dishes meet the highest quality standards and are delivered promptly.
  • Design and plan the menu, focusing on the presentation of each dish.
  • Coordinate kitchen staff and provide assistance as needed.
  • Ensure that back-of-house staff accurately follow orders from the POS system and directives from the expeditor.
  • Supervise all aspects of service, including catering, take-out, delivery, and events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food menus and the overall venue.
  • Understanding of expediting standards.
  • Practical knowledge of the responsibilities of all supervised staff.
  • Must possess a valid Manager's Food Handler Safety Card in Nevada.
  • Ability to assist with cleaning tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
