Job Duties:
  • Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests
  • Develop standard recipes and techniques for raw food preparation
  • Tends or operates and control equipment, such as kettles, cookers, vats and tanks, and boilers, to cook ingredients or prepare products for further processing.
  • Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
  • Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership
  • Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars
  • Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage
  • All other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Must have at least one year of prior line cook experience.
  • Must have some stir fry experience.
  • Attended a formal training program and apprenticing in a raw kitchen.
  • Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date.
  • Must have TAM card up to date.
  • Kitchen does include vulnerability to hot kitchen elements and cleaning products.
  • Must know how to handle tools and devices used to prepare raw food and developing menu items.
