Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative functions that include record keeping and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Represent the brand on client/customer phone calls and face to face in the office.
- Ability to use computer to scan documents
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
- Must be able to pass a basic Microsoft Word and writing test.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong commitment to confidentiality as he/she will be handling tasks an executive assistant would do.
- Must be detailed, organized, and have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be on time, with a positive attitude and ready to work.
