- Answer multi-line and direct inbound phone calls.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to gather information.
- Managing Electronic filling system
- Help with planning company events.
- Assist with Marketing through social media and website updates
- Assist with Accounting when needed.
- Maintaining company uniform orders.
- Order office and keep up stock.
- Provide general support to clients and visitors.
- Data entry for the management team.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
