Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRichter Landscape is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include answering phones, conducting new client intake, corresponding with clients on an ongoing basis, providing support to our managers assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be organized. Ultimately, the successful candidate will assist with the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.Responsibilities
  • Answer multi-line and direct inbound phone calls.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to gather information.
  • Managing Electronic filling system
  • Help with planning company events.
  • Assist with Marketing through social media and website updates
  • Assist with Accounting when needed.
  • Maintaining company uniform orders.
  • Order office and keep up stock.
  • Provide general support to clients and visitors.
  • Data entry for the management team.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience with Facebook and Instagram
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
